Become a Vendor
Vendors please need to fill out the application to the best of the capability, we ask that you please submit your photos with your application. Our committee will go through the applications and you will receive an email and a phone call letting you know if you have been selected for this year’s festival. You will have 48 hours to respond before being moved to the waitlist. If you are not selected you will be emailed and informed you've been added to the waitlist.
* all accepted vendors must provide proof of insurance for the 2026 Sundridge Sunflower Festival. If you are selected and receive your acceptance email, please send back a copy of your insurance. We will provide a link to obtain insurance if you need it.
*DO NOT send funds until you receive an acceptance email or phone call.
Vendor spaces are $55 for a 10x10 spot. On the application please select if you need 1 or 2 spaces so we can accommodate your needs. There is 2 space maximum.
FOOD VENDORS - you can reach out directly to Candy at [email protected] to get you food vendor application now. Cost for food vendors is $130.
